Meet Sierra Reed, Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Baddiehub

“Life looks different when you design it yourself.”

Hey, I’m Sierra Reed.

Sierra Reed is a New York City-based content creator who publishes under @im_thehbic. She has appeared in conversations about online work, community, personal growth, and fashion, including Oversharing in 2024 and Access Denied in 2026.

I built Baddiehub because I got tired of the way style was being sold to us online.

Every day, our feeds are flooded with endless outfit hauls, 10-step makeup routines, and short-lived aesthetic trends. But having more content hasn’t made feeling stylish any easier. It’s made it overwhelming. You save dozens of outfit ideas, yet open your wardrobe wondering, “What am I actually supposed to wear?”

Baddiehub was created to bridge that exact gap. We are here to take fashion and beauty off the pedestal and make intentional style accessible, actionable, and completely your own.

Sierra Reed's Story Behind Formation of Baddiehub

Sierra’s journey as a digital creator has been shaped by an interest in personal expression, culture, community, and fashion.

Her online presence isn’t built around presenting a perfectly curated version of life. Instead, she has developed a voice that encourages people to think about how they want to show up in the world.

That perspective matters when talking about Baddiehub.

Fashion is often presented as a list of rules:

    • Wear this.

    • Don’t wear that.

    • Buy this trend.

    • Follow this aesthetic.

    • Look like this person.

Sierra’s approach is different.

The question isn’t simply “What is trending?”

It is:

“What makes you feel like you?”

That shift—from imitation to personal expression—is what gives Baddiehub its foundation.

Sierra’s public conversations have also touched on authenticity, personal agency, community, personal growth, and fashion as a source of confidence.

What Being a "Baddie" Means to Me

To me, being a baddie isn’t a strict dress code, a specific body type, or an expensive designer tag. It’s not about looking like an Instagram filter or following a fixed formula.

A baddie is simply intentional.

  • She knows what makes her feel good.
  • She takes the time to learn what works for her body and lifestyle.
  • She uses fashion and beauty as tools for self-expression, not as a uniform to fit in.
  • She moves with confidence, experiments freely, and never asks for permission to evolve.

Whether your personal look is full glam or barely-there beauty, high-fashion heels or everyday sneakers

Why Sierra Created Baddiehub

The internet is overflowing with fashion and beauty content.

There are endless outfit photos, makeup tutorials, product recommendations, trend reports, “must-have” lists, and aesthetic mood boards.

But having more content doesn’t necessarily mean having better guidance.

It can actually make personal style more confusing.

You can save hundreds of outfits and still open your closet wondering:

“What am I actually going to wear?”

You can own dozens of beauty products and still not know which ones genuinely work for your skin.

And you can follow every new trend while slowly losing sight of your own style.

This is the space Baddiehub is designed to address.

The platform’s existing mission already emphasizes representation, inspiration, style, beauty, and helping women express themselves with confidence.

Today, Sierra is focused on building Baddiehub around three core areas: fashion, beauty and personal style

Fashion. Beauty. Baddie Style.

Everything begins there.

“What am I actually going to wear”
What Is Baddiehub

What Is Baddiehub?

Baddiehub is a fashion and beauty destination built around modern baddie style.

It brings together practical fashion guidance, beauty inspiration, styling ideas, and aesthetic education for women who want to develop a look that feels confident, current, and authentically theirs.

Rather than treating the “baddie” aesthetic as one fixed formula, Baddiehub explores the different ways it can be interpreted.

From everyday outfits to going-out looks, from soft glam to full glam, from wardrobe basics to statement pieces, the goal is to help readers understand how to create the look—not simply copy it.

Why Fashion Matters to Sierra

Fashion can look superficial from the outside.

But clothing can have a surprisingly powerful effect on how we experience ourselves.

The right outfit can change the way you walk into a room.

A colour can make you feel brighter.

A well-fitting pair of jeans can make you stand differently.

A makeup look can become a form of creativity.

A hairstyle can mark a new chapter.

That connection between fashion and confidence is something Sierra has discussed publicly, including in conversations about her career and personal development.

A Personal Note From Sierra

“You don’t have to dress a certain way, buy luxury brands, or follow every viral trend to be a baddie. You get to decide what your version of style looks like. Fashion can be fun, beauty can be creative, and confidence looks different on everyone. Baddiehub is here to help you become more intentional about who you already are.”
